1. TERMS OF USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All items (physical store items, digital content, social media content, etc) are created and owned by Nicolle Shepherd. Visitors & customers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to replicate these designs and resell them. To do so, would be a copyright infringement.
Customers that have purchased an item from the store are not permitted to resell them as their own.
2. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Customers can change shipping type at the checkout.
*Please note these are only estimated times given by Australia Post, therefore I'm not in control of any delays that may occur with the courier.
Domestic - Australia
Estimated* shipping times:
Domestic standard & registered: 2-6 business days
Domestic express: Next business day for metro areas, otherwise 1-2 business days
International
Estimated* shipping times:
International registered: 6-10 business days, but can take more than 10 business days
International express: 2-4 business days for metro areas, otherwise 4-6 business days
3. RETURNS / REFUNDS
Items are always mailed with care and in protective material. Parcels are also always sent with tracking information. If you suspect your parcel is lost, please get in touch with you local post office and carrier to check if there are any updates. If there is still any issue with an order, please get in touch.
Customers also need to ensure their address is correct at checkout; senders cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses supplied.
